Browsing and hosting
Vercel is the intended hosting provider. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing IP addresses, technical browser information and page requests to provide a secure website. Images and fonts are hosted with the site. If you choose a language, the site sets the functional cookie lf_lang (see the cookie policy) so that livefusion.ch opens in that language.
Enquiries, bookings and orders
When you email or call us, we process the contact details and information you provide to respond and handle your request. Bookings take place on Plateform; menus and orders open linked services. Data entered there is also subject to their privacy notices.
Maps and reviews
Google Maps and Trustindex load automatically on the restaurant page, without an activation button, as you approach the relevant section: the map at the bottom of the page, the reviews shortly after the offer. The Trustindex widget also loads reviewers’ profile photos from Google servers (googleusercontent.com). When they load, the providers receive your IP address, technical data and the content request; they may use cookies and process data under their own notices.
Analytics, marketing and AI
Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are planned but are not active in this version. No events are sent to these tools. AI tools are planned for a chatbot, enquiry responses and reservation assistance; they are not yet active on the site. These services may process conversation text and contact and reservation details supplied by users to handle their requests. Providers, data, purposes and available choices will be identified before such processing is activated. This notice does not give blanket permission for future AI processing.
Retention and international transfers
The language cookie remains in the browser for one year or until you delete it. Enquiries are kept as needed to handle them and meet applicable obligations. Hosting and external services may involve countries outside Switzerland or the EEA; provider notices describe their arrangements and safeguards.
Legal grounds and rights
Swiss data protection law applies, and the GDPR where relevant. Where required under the GDPR, processing relies on handling requests or contracts, legal obligations, a legitimate interest in a secure website, or consent for optional services. See the data rights page.
